Architect/Engineer of 145+ cold storages.
Cold Storage owner since 1988.

We will assist you in the following services for cold storage construction

(1)       Plot selection guidance ( land required for the project) as per NHM GUID LINE.
(2)       Preparing and submitting projects Const. drawing in detail for N.A. and other local authority permission. The same will be prepared after the due inspection of the site and sun and wind direction, approaches frontage etc.
(3)       Preparing and submitting estimate of the project in detail for all civil, mechanical, electrical and insulation aspects of the project for project report loan etc. work.
(4)       Assisting for preparing project report with your C.A. for financial institute and representation for the same.
(5)       Preparing and submitting foundation & structure drawing.
(6)       Planning construction schedule and implementation and proper watching programmed.
(7)       Construction, instructions and guidance to your Site   Engineer, finalising contract, etc.
(8)       Assisting in purchasing of all materials machinery and    Electrical items.
(9)       Assisting your C. A. for subsidy procedure.
(10)     Plant & Machinery Installation guidance and Trial running of the same. Including fabrication of ancillary equipments.
(11)     Preparing and submitting bill and certificates for releasing loan from financial institute.
(12)     Instructing and administration advice for running cold storage, stocking system, maintenance of records etcforone seasons.
(13)     Periodical visit for the running season of the project as and when needed.
(14)     Any further guidance and or assistance deem fit for the project.
